This process line is of batch production type. Cashew nut process will have mainly four operations. Each operation will be done each day. That means the total cycle time to complete the process line is four days. For any capacity of the plant the total process time is four days. The process line includes
- Shell cooking
- Shell breaking
- Drying in oven
- Peeling, grading & Packing. We can supply the plant of different capacities ( Carnell Output) from 30kg,60kg,160kg,320kg and 500kg. Raw material required is four times the capacity of the plant.
